Renown for its hot springs in Dōgo, Matsuyama, Minakuchi Shuzo is the only brewery in the area. It was founded in 1895, a year after the famous spa in Dōgo was built.
The dignified appearance of our old brewery in Dōgo has become popular with women in recent years and the classic building attracts many tourists. The enthusiasm for sake making over the years has expanded beyond sake brewing to producing craft beers and sparkling wines made from local products in Ehime. They have gained a reputation.

（Features）
・We will introduce you to our history and the spirit of making the best sakes since we were established over 100 years ago. We will also show you our old building which is registered as a tangible cultural heritage building and which is still used as the owner’s main house.
・You will experience a comparative test of our sake and craft beers at the STANDING BAR「Dogo Bakushukan Bekkan (under our management) and you can make your own original bottle label.
※We will put your label on a sake bottle and you can bring it back as a souvenir.
